    The hotel was very,very clean. All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The tui rep was available at reception and was helpful and full of knowledge and history about the area. The food was fantastic and there was a wonderful choice of food. The beer and wine in the restaurant were excellent. The service at the bar and drinks were second to none. Bar staff are very friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy to help. The pool was brilliant and very clean. The entertainment by the pool and at night was good and a great laugh. We had our room cleaned and sheets and towels changed, excellent service, the maid was lovely and very friendly. The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows. All in all a fantastic family hotel and a lovely place to stay. Don't believe any negative reviews you read about this hotel.

    Visited granada for half term, decided to have my nails done on site by Delia, lovely lady and the best nails and manicure I've had, literally lasted till I had them redone over a mth later highly recommended her

    Me and my partner just recently stayed at this lovely place and we had no complaints for those that are never happy. The staff were very polite and extremely efficent couldnt do enough for us. Our room was immaculate, always clean and plenty of room. The food was delicious plenty of choice everyday lots of flavour! And the location was great for us as we like peace and quiet after hours and it was only €5 a taxi or so to Las americas or los Cristanos which was quick and easy. All in all I give this hotel 5* we will be returning in the future.

    We have just had a 5 night stay at this hotel, before coming I read all the reviews and I was quite worried about what I had booked but seriously do not listen to the bad reviews!! This hotel had everything we wanted and needed, all the staff went above and beyond to help and were really friendly the food was great something different every day and a choice for everyone. The rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday. Ricardo the entertainer is fantastic spends all day here entertaining round the pool and every evening doing entertainment. There’s always taxis about to take you into playa cost about €5 they were all friendly too. Overall it’s a lovely place for couples and families and will definitely be coming back!!
